Scheduled Tours
Scheduled tours can be used to your advantage when planning your activities too, especially for incentive groups or large corporate activities. Many people will not decide on their activity until the last minute, making it difficult to meet minimum numbers for a custom tour. In these cases we suggest your private tour departure time coincide with the scheduled daily tour. In the event that minimum numbers are not met your guests will join a daily departing scheduled tour instead. This can be especially useful if you are offering multiple options for your group or conference or you have many people to take care of.
